Iyengar Yoga for USA Baseball Athlete at Yogajaneuk

Georgia College Baseball Athlete, Matt Knight, was dragged to an Iyengar class by his wife whilst visiting the UK a short while ago. Yogajaneuk instructor, Jane Robertson, gave the 6'10" athlete a good working over in class - but it didn't seem to sway his affection for the practice.

"I thought it was great. I thought Jane's gift was for individual attention and for explaining the poses well. Being an athlete, we have basic body control, but there were little tweaks that Jane made to the poses I was attempting to help me get the maximum benefit from the practice.
