OUR GOAL
Providing a serene, safe, and welcoming space for students to explore their yoga practice and develop their personal yoga journey and self transformation. We aim to create a more peacful world, communities and families by first creating peace within ourselves. A consistent yoga practice will leave students feeling rejuvenated and inspired; opening the doors to positive transformation; ultimately creating a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a strong feeling of self acceptance.

Yoga is a journey to finding that balance, both on and off the mat.
A yoga practice stretches and strengthens our bodies and minds; it teaches us to mindfully move and connect with our breath, which leads us to be mindful and present in our daily tasks.
It teaches us the freedom to be still and connects us:
To honor our true authentic selves and accept our limitations.
YOUR TEACHER
Jane Robertson has been studying Iyengar Yoga since 2004 and is an Introductory Level II Certified Iyengar Instructor.
She is grateful for the opportunity to share her knowledge of the Iyengar method with students while she continues her studies under the guidance of the UK’s most senior Iyengar teachers, and attending annual conventions with teachers from the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India.
Jane teaches with a clear, succinct style that is easily accessible to students new to yoga, helping them experience how internal awareness improves the balance, strength and flexibility of their bodies, as well as their minds. Her classes are taught to the experience and requirements of the students, with compassion and a sense of humour – but always maximizing the student’s gain from the focus of the class.
